East Tennessee Real Estate Market is Healing

Each month, the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (KAAR) releases some important facts and figures about the current real estate market situation. We already shared our CFO Jim Wallace’s thoughts on KAAR first quarter reports in a recent blog post, so when the April figures were released, we went to Jim again to get some feedback about this data.
