Knoxville seems to be showing great improvement! According to the National Association of Home Builders, it said Knoxville is one of the U.S. housing marketsshowing sustained improvement.In June, the Improving Markets Index added 28 cities to the list. 80 Metro areas are on the list, based on improvements in three areas; housing permits, employment, and house prices. One of the charity events in Knoxville this summer is the 10K Run/Walk Event that will benefit the Tennessee School for the Deaf.  It is made possible by Total Race Solutions and is one of the Tennessee Grand Prix Events.  The 10K will take place on Saturday, August 4 2012 at 7:30AM EST at the Tennessee School for the Deaf in Knoxville.
